This is my attempt at competitive Nekusar.

It is a crowded Grixis list. It has become hard to make cuts for new power creeped cards. The only thing I'm 100% on is the lands and the removal. Everything else is on the chopping block.

Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler and Kederekt Parasite complete the play-set of Nekusar effects. Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Psychosis Crawler expand upon Nekusar strategy. 14 "Draw 7" effects guarantees consistency.

Forced Fruition and Painful Quandary fill a niche but pivotal role of taxing the opponent for playing any spells with draws or discards.

Phyrexian Tyranny and Breathstealer's Crypt fill a niche but pivotal role in the deck. Global taxation on any draws.

Bloodchief Ascension, Waste Not, Bone Miser and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse grant the most value alongside all the "Draw 7" effects in the deck.

Helm of the Ghastlord and Sigil of Sleep get out of hand on Nekusar.

Sakashima the Impostor and Spark Double double Nekusar but truly a swiss army knife of value.

Cephalid Coliseum, Geier Reach Sanitarium and Mikokoro, Center of the Sea feed the commander and the decks theme the best of all lands.

Witch's Clinic extra life in a pinch.

Horn of Greed is the MVP of the deck. It is always feeding something that is hurting one of the opponents.

Dream Devourer is the new tech that this strategy needed. Let's you filter and protect cards you want later while you continue wheeling.

Harmonic Prodigy the even newer tech! Double triggers on Nekusar, both Niv-Mizzets, Bone Miser AND Ertai Resurrected. Major value that I felt made this an auto include.

Recently cut Snapcaster Mage for Lier, Disciple of the Drowned. I think it was the right decision.
