Semi-Budget list for one of my favorite legendaries. This deck is built to have everyone draw large amounts of cards and hate it. Also making them discard their hands. A lot. Nekusar, the Mindrazer is the deck's primary way of bringing the hurt (he finds some company in Fate Unraveler, Kederekt Parasite , Underworld Dreams and Spiteful Visions though), along with cards like Megrim , Waste Not and Liliana's Caress for discarding pleasures. Wheel cards like Wheel of Fortune, Magus of the Wheel , Windfall or Wheel and Deal make up the bulk of triggers for the cards mentioned above. The deck has been seperated into 6 categories (Not counting lands): -Ramp: pretty self-explanatory -Tutors: also self-explanatory -Safety: cards with the primary function of keeping you and your combopieces safe. Includes counterspells and removal -Carddraw: let you and/or your opponent draw cards or have direct interaction with drawing -Wheels: the fun ones. Primary source of carddrawing and discard mechanics -Damage: those that deal damage in some form or another, using wheel and draw effects. There are cards that fit more than one category, like Fevered Visions, Seizan, Perverter of Truth or Incendiary Command . I've put them into the category where i see their primary purpose, for simplicities sake. Final note: Waste Not and Mindcrank don't really belong into these categories but too much fun to pass up on ;D I'd be more than happy to hear your suggestions on how to improve the list or what to cut. Fun fact: Helm of the Ghastlord on Nekusar + any wheel means your opponents loose their entire Hand and immediatly have to discard their new one due to the helm. Enjoy being the only one drawing ridiculous amounts of cards while your opponents get none. Have fun :D
