Another budget deck in for those with not a whole lot of money to work with. Bar none my most satisfying deck to win with. This is my go to deck when I want to end a game quickly. Finely tuned to go up against competitive decks, and give them a hard time. I may not win, but we'll play a five player game in 45 minutes or less, and I guarantee it... lol

Seriously, though. It cranks out life loss faster than most folks can handle. It gains hate quickly, and now I only bring it out when I know I want to play fast. I start out letting people draw cards for free, with cards like Dictate of Kruphix . It starts going downhill for my opponents once I set up the various "Draw Cards, Take Damage" sources. If I can set up at least two sources, say Nekusar, the Mindrazer and Fate Unraveler , just one wheel effect(like Whispering Madness ) will deal out 14 damage around the table. If I can copy the effect or get out more sources of damage, it gets crazy. I am always open to suggestions, although this deck does put in some pretty good work.
