Great Burn Wounds, at Any Cost.

Gameplan:

• Ramp up early with rituals and rocks, if Neheb isn't out, get Neheb out at all costs.
• Once Neheb is out, start burning, generating mana at the 2nd main phase. Get a good tempo going. Play burn spells into tempo/boardstate cards.
• After a turn of tempo, attempt to win with mass opponent damage into a damage doubler, a wheel, or an aggravated assault effect.

If Neheb is removed, downshift into control/card draw. Reserve your boardstate until Neheb is out again.

Although you can play Neheb blindly as quick as you can the first cast, once he's been removed you need to bide your time and find an safe moment to drop him. Having Neheb removed twice is usually a death sentence.

For loot/rummage effects, try to selectively discard bombs that you can later recur with things like Past in Flames or Mizzix's mastery when you have the mana from Neheb. It's more important to play on curve than to have any one specific bomb in your hand. Play very aggressively, don't sandbag unless you're saving Neheb from being removed.

If repercussion or damage doublers are out, and the only way to kill your opponents on the spot kills you as well -- go for it. The deck would rather suicide bomb everyone including yourself rather than lose or pass turn. Kill EVERYONE.

Desired competitive environment for this deck is a highly tuned 75% casual-competitive pod, or cEDH, where this deck acts as a niche/low-tier spoiler to Ad Naus/Combo decks.
