This deck is built to take advantage of both the abilities of Neheb and Rakdos and make the creature spells you Cast cost much less and beat your opponents down while dropping big creatures as fast as possible. A control shell is set up with 10 destroy creature spells as well as many hand control spells to remove counter spells and/or boardwipes. Torment of Hailfire works extremely well in both areas of the game, early game to control the board and your opponents hands, and late game it can end games. This deck abuses mana-ramp to play large creatures and swing for huge damage, while also controlling the board early in the game to drop Neheb, the Eternal and Rakdos, Lord of Riots
