An attempted blue/green landfallish mess for under $50. Most, like Oona, are just cards I really like and wanted to include. She has also been useful for late game when I stall out, I could usually mill them in two turns with prophet of kruphix. Others like Horizon Chimera just let gain massive amounts of life in late game. I know I would need things like lotus cobra, Oboro, or rampaging baloths for it to actually be effective but they’re either too expensive or too difficult to obtain in paper MTG. There’s a fair amount of tap/ untap synergies like with Kiora’s Follower or Prophet of Kruphix with Arcanis or Nykthos. I really do end up milling myself a lot of the time.
