Yes! Pox-Reanimator can work in modern!

This is a beatdown, control deck I've been working on for awhile. I have recurring creatures that don't care to be destroyed (Path to Exile is still a pain), and I have hand disruption to give me time to get my deck started. I also have enough card removal for obstacles I don't like in an event where they are needed. I do believe I finally have this deck in a competitive form, hope you +1 if you like the deck!

Inquisition of Kozilek is there for obvious reasons. To take out cards in my opponents hand that I would not be able to handle later or to slow them down enough that I can get my deck started.

Abrupt Decay, Fatal Push, and Dismember are great removal cards for stuff I don't like.

Gravecrawler, Bloodghast, and Vengevine are the main part of this deck. They can be constantly reanimated as well as discarded by Liliana of the Veil and sacrificed to Smallpox. Basilisk Collar helps them become more threats instead of mere nuisances.

Drana, Liberator of Malakir is there to be an endgame beater, as well as pump my other creatures. If she is not gotten rid of quickly my deck can seriously overwhelm anyone.

Dark Confidant is there for draw and an extra creature if it came to be needed. Can sacrifice him to Smallpox if life became a problem or just keep attacking. Eventually they'll block.

Asylum Visitor is in playtesting, but I'm hopeful about her. Relying on just Dark Confidant was inconsistent, so I've added her in to see what happens. Not sure I like her restriction, but playtesting will tell. Also, she can block, discard her and pay the madness cost, AND her ability works if my opponent goes hellbent as well. Could be powerful.

Liliana of the Veil and Smallpox I'm going to group together because they both do the same thing. Control. these two cards can seriously ruin any deck's day when played. Liliana of the Veil will make my opponent discard his hand while I'm simply putting my creatures into the graveyard just to be brought back. Smallpox will slow my opponent down enough for me to get what I need. Being that my deck can easily run on two or three lands if needed.

Nissa, Voice of Zendikar is there to build up tokens to help with blockers against agro decks, or just about any deck that plays troublesome creatures (Wurmcoil Engine, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, ect). Her second ability allows counters to help build up my creatures to continuously attack, and build up the blockers so they won't die as often. Combo those counters with Drana, Liberator of Malakir and I believe the deck can be a consistent agro deck. Her final ability I do not believe I'll ever get to use, but if I do it is an awesome card draw engine.

Basilisk Collar is in the deck to help rectify the life lost with lifelink. Deathtouch is also beneficial being that it can help take down big creatures with my little guys (glaring down Wurmcoil Engine right now).

Quest for the Gravelord helps add to the zombie count with Gravecrawler. Also, a hopeful assumption, my opponent may be reluctant to destroy my creatures (allowing me to keep attacking) being that I could get a 5/5 basically for one mana. Nothing to laugh at with Basilisk Collar giving it lifelink and Drana, Liberator of Malakir pumping him bigger.

Any and all help to make this deck more improved and consistent are more than welcome. Thanks for looking!!

Updates Add

New cards in the deck are one Thoughtseize, 1 Collective Brutality, and 1 Infernal Tutor. Infernal Tutor has been in the maybeboard for a long time, and I feel like I want to playtest it. I'm still a little hesitant, but I'll never know unless I try.

Thoughtseize mainboard was because I don't tend to draw enough hand disruption that I want. I'm trying to rectify that with adding this in. I am also looking to find a place for the second one, but we'll see.

Collective Brutality is brought in because it is just a powerful card. I've only gotten it a couple times so far, but liked it when I did. If it shows to be awesome then I'll put in the second one.

Sideboard:

For graveyard hate I went with Nihil Spellbomb because it is also a cantrip that doesn't hit my graveyard. I may not always be able to draw, but not holding up that one mana to exile a graveyard is definitely relevant.

NEED HELP HERE. So for a board wipe, I went with Flaying Tendrils. Obviously, everyone will say Damnation is better, and you may be right, but that fourth mana is something that seriously hinders. Two Ghost Quarters and Smallpox mainboard plus only playing 21 lands with fetches. I still may end up making the switch, as -2/-2 doesn't hit nearly as much as I need it to, but generally people with big creatures only play one at a time, in which Liliana of the Veil and Smallpox can take care of that very well. The exiling is relevant as well. If my board is full, I'll be hesitant to play this as I can't recur my stuff. I'm still not sold, but if anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I know I need some sort of board wipe, I just don't know what I want it to be.
