This deck gets more and more powerful as the game goes on. Simply be as passive as possible in a multiplayer game and you'll eventually win. There are several ways to reach infinite mana, and there are several ways to win with that embedded into this deck, in addition to being able to use some of your opponents dead creatures against themselves.

I actually own all cards except Pack Rat in this deck, and it's worked very well thusfar. I could, perhaps replace it for Myr Propagator so I have a real version of all cards and I can still make an infinitely large wall of Necrotic Ooze

Oh, and if you're wondering about how the Ooze interacts with Rats and Myr, it does the same exact ability except replaces the name on the card with its own name. I've looked up rulings, talked to judges, even asked here, it works. Chill.

Three counter spells are in here to throw off people who expect this deck to be pure aggro and to protect the ooze. THE ONLY TIME THE OOZE SHOULD BE CASTED IS IF THE WINCON/INF MANA CARDS ARE IN THE GRAVEYARD!

Inf Mana: Elvish Abberation + Pili-Pala (Pacifistic)Carnifex Demon + Devoted Druid (Disperses -1/-1 counters. Make sure you win after this or you'll be targeted)Pack Rat + Soldevi Adnate and Heartstone , Concordant Crossroads, Greed, Disciple of Griselbrand. (Is not a wincon, but can set one up.)Myr Propagator + Pili-Pala + Soldevi Adnate and Heartstone , Concordant Crossroads. (Is a wincon.)

WinconsJade Mage (field or gy, inf mana required)Mortipede + Sisters of Stone Death (field or gy, inf mana recommended)Glaring Spotlight + Vraska the Unseen (field only, little mana required)Sewerdreg + Thoughtpicker Witch (field or gy, inf mana/creatures required. backup plan if Concordant Crossroads is not on the field)Nemesis of Mortals, Boneyard Wurm , Stonefare Crocodile , Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and a few other creatures to aggro as a last resort. Most of the time these guys just sit there defending me. If I am close to death, Varolz will scavenge some of the graveyard in a last ditch effort.

I've rarely used my commander. Her only use was removal to deal with huge, indestructible, regenerating, blinking, hexproof, and other unfavorable creatures. I feel like that's how a Golgari commander should work though, a master janitor.
