• Making people discard the cards in their hand is one way to make people hate you, but Nebuchadnezzar makes them reveal and then discard a card that you named, which gives us a variety of options with him.

A first priority is cards like Telepathy, Seer's Vision and other ways of knowing what is in your opponents hands and lets you counteract them, or, a way to let other people in on the fun is Zur's Weirding and Breathstealer's Crypt which makes people pay life to either keep the card they drew or to counter other people from drawing that specific card in the first place. This makes it very easy to know what your opponents have in their hand and what they are about to draw and give you a chance to react before they even draw it.

The second thing to do is to make sure you have things that deal damage to your opponents when they discard, so things like Megrim, Liliana's Caress, and Waste Not, are great in this regard, as you can possibly use these to combo off.

Something else that is useful is Notion Thief, so if they try to gain back the cards you smacked out of their hands, you can grab some more ammo to use.

To get a quick set off with this deck, say turn 3 is easy. Turn 1, land, Sol Ring, Dimir Signet. Turn 2, land, play Nebuchadnezzar, then turn 3 u can combo off, as you could name a land that they have and mess them over to give you more time to mess them up and take their hand size to 0, which will allow you to control the game a little easier.
