I wanted to build something around a Nazgul esk feeling. There is no better tribe then the Specters to fill this role. The are haunting and what they will do to your opponents decks is equally scary. Slowly but surely, (dont call me shirly), they will widdle down your friend's decks. There is still a lot of room to grow, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

There is a mill combo with the enchantments that trigger opponents to discard and take damage.
