Have you found the green splash to be worth it? I run a similiar deck and have never considered green

personally yes. because i have 9 fetch lands which are all pseudo Sacred Foundry or Stomping Ground i can easily fetch my foundries on the first or second turn and only fetch stomping when i sideboard in Destructive Revelry. i used to run 3x Smash to Smithereens and 2x Wear / Tear but i like the versatility of both enchantment and artifact removal while still doing damage, and if i dont have the revelry in i almost always play the stomping ground tapped on like turn 5 where i have 4 mana which is more than enough to cast my red and white spells, i wouldnt run a second stomping ground unless i mainboard Glittering Wish which im debating, but yea adding 1 stomping ground for reverly has proved worth it so far :)

yes i see a few UR splinter twin decks, but since treasure cruise banning there is a lot more burn, abzan, tron, affinity, ad nauseum, living end, hatebears. i know a few players that play merfolk but not recently. ive decided to sideboard flat out burn removal since it compliments the deck and things like Torpor OrbTormod's Crypt are useful but you want them to be dead before then anyways, with the exception of Kor Firewalker for counter burn matchups
