i've just been playing magic casually for a couple years now, with a few drafts or sealed tournaments. but lately ive been thinking about trying to enter a local friday night magic tournament.

this deck is basically a budget creature beatdown deck.i want to get out some pretty good sized creatures as fast as i can and then burn or tap down their creatures for a quick wini really like keeping my creatures at a maximum casting cost of 4

my mana base is pretty weak and i've lost quite a few games to mana screw

my only real way to deal with planeswalkers are the oblivion rings, or the sideboard celestial purges if they're in the right color

i would greatly appreciate comments on how to improve my mana base (also im kind of working on a budget), and any other cards that should be added in or removed
