Here is my Naya deck, I love the Ixalan Dinos and really like playing the big crazy ones. This started out as a budget build and I will update it as I improve and tweak.

To start off, I found I need a little more ramp and a few less creatures. Some of the distinctly Gruul creatures I was running just werent fitting the tribe theme and didn't seem to play great. To fix that issue I have removed Nikya of the Old Ways, Samut, Voice of Dissent, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma who I'm probably going to make a mono green commander, Zhur-Taa Goblin, Ravager Wurm, Sauroform Hybrid, and Soul of the Harvest becuase the roles he plays are filled by many of my other creatures and artifacts. I also removed Charging Tuskodon because it didn't seem good enough for the casting cost. I also added a Command Tower cause its good and I forgot I had one.

Things that got added in: Carnage Tyrant because I finally got my hands on one and he is a great dino to drop on turn 4 or 5 depending on my ramp. Herald's Horn is great for more costly tribal decks, its really great here. Zendikar Resurgent basically enables the entire deck and if you have another card draw engine out you can easily go through your whole deck to find what you need. Snubhorn Sentry is just a nice on theme 1-drop that will be removed when I get a Birds of Paradise. Raging Swordtooth is basically required for the engines you run in this deck. Kinjalli's Sunwing really helps protect my deck from opponents. I also added some ramp sources just to help cast our big dinos. I would love to add a Wakening Sun's Avatar, a Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, and a Ghalta, Primal Hunger but my LGS didn't have any of them in stock which I don't hold against them. Weird cards to be asking for.
