My $200 or less primer that I've been playing in an EDH league and since have upgraded.

Played the upgraded version at a GP and I decided to push the deck more.

The majority of the deck is instant speed making it possible to win any time you want.

DO NOT TRY TO WIN ON YOUR TURN

WIN ON THE STACK

This deck wins when another player is trying to win:

Minato Flying Raijin Level 2

It's a land/rock-pass turn-go kind of deck.

The deck focuses on ramping out and drawing as quickly as possible using rocks, to eventually obtain Ghostly Flicker , then holding priority and casting Naru Meha, Master Wizard creating an infinite mana loop winning from:

Sunscorched Desert infinite ETB's.

Altar of the Brood infinite ETB's.

With infinite mana from the combo above:

Cantrip through your deck until you reach Stroke of Genius or Blue Sun's Zenith , targeting yourself to draw your library and re-casting one of the X draw spells to target your opponents.

Day's Undoing is a viable budget Timetwister because the deck functions around being instant speed. The only time I'd like to play Day's Undoing is when I have nothing else to do on my turn, so timetwister isn't really needed.

The sideboard are cards substitutions for $200 or less primer.

Remember: Hit them where it hurts and be elusive as possible.
