Narset CEDH deck based very heavily on Garet's "All Your Turns Are Belong to Me". Budget build so far and am planning on buying the pieces necessary to make this deck competetive (fast mana pieces, scroll rack, better counters, more turn/combat spells). Any advice to improve the deck as it is without spending too much money would be greatly appreciated!
