This is a narset commander deck I tired to keep it as budget as possible and it's pretty budget if I say so myself!

Also if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them

Also I was able to cast Mind's Desire with storm count 8!! And then Empty the Warrens with storm count 17! It was just a little bit over kill I also had like three more turns in a row:) so yeah this deck is pretty sweet!
