Enchantment (1)

Planeswalker (2)

Creature (3)

I played a creatureless variant of Jeskai Tokens back before FRF was released and I was overall content with the deck (it got me a couple of X-0's and X-0-1's at FNM) but I never felt like it was quite there yet. The idea was that the deck was loaded with non-creature spells that would maximize the effects of Jeskai Ascendancy, boosting its Raise the Alarm and Hordeling Outburst tokens until I was able to swing for ~10-15 a turn, not counting the burn spells. Then Fate was released and I set it to the side to play Tasigur and Ugin.

Enter the Dragon(s of Tarkir), bringing with it some of the cards I believe the deck needed in order to make it there. But I am still not 100% sure on it. I'd love to hear some feedback to my card choices.

Myth Realized is a beast. Play it early and let it sit there collecting counters as you beat your opponent's face with tokens and burn spells and by the time they've wasted their removal on goblins and soldiers, you're able to swing with a 10/10 avatar while holding a Valorous Stance up in case they have that one Downfall left over.

Anticipate almost completely replaces Treasure Cruise in this deck for me. You're welcome to tell me I'm wrong (I probably am) but I much prefer the earlier, instant-speed card advantage to the later, slower draw spell that can be countered by Disdainful Stroke. (EDIT: I was wrong. Anticipate is neat, but it needs to be played in addition to Treasure Cruise, not instead of).

Narset Transcendent is in the sideboard because opponents will likely be taking out all their Hero's Downfalls in favor of enchantment removal. So long as you don't side in the Exemplars, she hits roughly 59.32% of the time you +1 her.

Ojutai Exemplars is a good threat to bring in against decks with a lot of spot removal like, say, Abzan. As long as you have the mana up for it, any instant you play is a counterspell when you choose his last ability. Or you could do something like block an opponent's Siege Rhino, Wild Slash it, give the Exemplars first strike and lifelink, and take out their threat while undoing 4 of the life-swing it did when it came in.
