Topdecking Like a Champ

Ancestral Knowledge , Soothsaying and Precognition Field are MVPs for Narset's top 4. Personal Tutor , [Mystical Tutor, and Dream Cache will help put a card like Storm Herd on top. Dream Cache is valuable to get these spells from the hand back to the top 4 where we want to cast them from.

I originally made this deck to play Dovescape and abuse it.
Currently struggling with the fact that Kykar, Wind's Fury is coming and there is nothing I can do to stop it being the defacto Jeskai tokens commander.
