First attempt at a standard deck

Revolves Around Naban, Dean of Iteration triggers.

WOTC obviously envisioned Izzet wizards, so I figured I'd ignore that. When one can force Dimir, they should force it.

Notably fun reactions with Naban, Dean of Iteration:

• Dire Fleet Ravager = the real reason I built this deck, I figured what's better than everyone losing one third of their life? That times two.

• Merfolk Trickster = tap down two of their creatures AND they lose all their abilites AND if you have Kefnet's Monument out they don't untap during their next untap step either.

• Watertrap Weaver = more tapping down of enemy creatures.

• Champion of Wits = I feel as though this one speaks for itself (all the cards).

• Naru Meha, Master Wizard = copy a spell twice, opt just became a strictly Ancestral Recall for five times the cost, take that vintage.
