Ideally with this deck you can get out an early Myth Realized and some cheap creatures, backed by the protection spells. Every time you save one of your guys you beef up Myth and prowess on the Seeker of the Way .

Soldier of the Pantheon is here for the terrible matchup against Abzan. A little incidental lifegain isn't too shabby either.

Wingmate Roc is a little higher on the curve, but 5 mana for two 3/4 flyers sounds pretty good to me.

Monastery Mentor seems to fit in here well, with plenty of non-creature spells to trigger him and his tokens. I'm curious to see just how good this guy can be in this build.

Pacifism, Banishing Light and Valorous Stance works for our removal, two of which stick around for the devotion.

Hopefully after a few turns we get out a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and are able to start getting some serious mana, which is used to drop decent amount of tokens with Secure the Wastes (which can be dropped pretty much any time regardless of Nykthos, but I want to live the dream..).

Sideboard brings in some extra hate for enchantments and creatures. End Hostilities will come in for creature heavy midrange decks and Stormbreath Dragon. Elspeth comes in for a similar role. she can wipe an entire field of opponents stuff and then start making tokens.

Anyway, this was pretty fun to build and I'm looking forward to testing with it.

Edit:

Looking for some ideas on whether or not to include Ajani Steadfast. He works great with most of his modes in this. If I manage getting a handful of tokens out there, he can start giving them counters, or just give one guy some decent hitting power.
