Yup.. I'm sure, there's about a hundred decks that are all called Worldslayer or some punny itteration thereof, but in my gaming-circles this deck has always been refered to symply as "Worldslayer"... because that's.. what.. it does...
Darksteel Sentinel, Darksteel Colossus, or any creature augmneted by Darksteel Forge or That Which Was Taken can carry the namesake blade into battle, and boom! GG...
Whilst we try to get there, the deck features a number of different mean machines and tricks:
Spellbinder+Tendrils of Corruption, or Irradiate slapped onto Dross Golem can kill off most things.Panoptic Mirror + Corrupt, or Diabolic Tutor is very unfair - but slap All Is Dust on it, and you have a one-sided board wipe - if your opponents is playing a coloured deck, that is.Speaking of boardwipes: Spreading Plague should be banned... no discussion.. until then, I'ma misuse it oh so maliciously.Tiny, innoucuous, little Vault Skirge might seem like a dud, but slap Strata Scythe or Cranial Plating on him, and we've got a party.
This is one of my oldest and proudest decks.
I know it's far from competitive, but it ain't no slacker either.
