Welcome to my first crack at brewing a deck that could come anywhere close to cEDH level! The goal of this deck is pretty normal, however the method of achieving the goal is not. The goal is to deck yourself and win with either Laboratory Maniac, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or Thassa's Oracle. The way we're gonna do it is to first tutor up Fluctuator, and when all of the cycling cards become free (or very close to it), cycle until you hit, OR tutor up Teferi's Ageless Insight. After that, it should not be hard to deck yourself with all of the free cycling available.

There are a couple of tweaks that I'm currently considering, and would love to hear some opinions on. Here's what I'm thinking:

Force of Negation can only be cast for free on an opponents turn, and the reason this deck runs countermagic is PRIMARILY to protect our win condition, so i may swap it out.

Ramp, this deck is pretty short on it, mainly to make sure we have a very high number of cards to cycle so we can actually win with the combo. The biggest problem i see is spending 4 mana on Teferi's Ageless Insight only to not be able to afford the OracleLabmanJace on the same turn. I may have enough fetchlands in the deck to thin out non-cyclers well enough to be able to afford a few more slots that i could dedicate to ramp.

Abandoned Sarcophagus: the idea is to be able to pull one of the cycling counterspells out of the graveyard (or any other card for that matter) in i need to use them in a pinch, but I'm not 100% sure if its worth the non-cycling slot or the 3 mana investment.

Anyways, I'd love to hear some feedback, but in case you're interested, here are some other stats on the deck

Cards with Cycling 1: 7

Cards with cycling 2: 39

Cards with cycling 3: 3

Cards with other cycling costs: Street Wraith, Nimble Obstructionist

Cards without cycling: 47 (22 of which are lands)

Tutors:

Demonic Consultation, Enlightened Tutor, Lim-Dul's Vault, Muddle the Mixture, Shred Memory, Spoils of the Vault, Tainted Pact, Vampiric Tutor, Dimir Infiltrator, Tribute Mage, Cruel Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Fabricate, Grim Tutor, Imperial Seal

Countermagic:

Countervailing Winds, Force of Negation, Force of Will, Miscalculation, Neutralize, Pact of Negation, Swan Song, Nimble Obstructionist

And if you made it this far, i should probably explain my choice of commanders. In a real pinch, Silas can grab back a fluctuator from the graveyard, and Sidar can make sure that he actually deals the damage need to bring it back
