So this is my Shadowborn Apostle Deck. Basically How it works is that you quickly flood the table with Shadowborn Apostles (playing at least one a turn). Since one mana spells go pretty quick, I added some draw with cards such as Phyrexian Arena and Sign in Blood, but also Harvester of Souls and Indulgent Tormentor.

Since you're playing a lot of 1/1s, it's good in early game, but also when you sac them and get good big Demons (with flying), it's also pretty solid in late game as well.

Bloodbond March is probably my favorite card in this deck because (while splashing green for it) when you sac all your Shadowborn Apostles and get a demon, then you can put them all back the next turn since you have about a 50/50 chance of getting one, if not higher. (Thank you card draw)

While this deck is pretty centralized on playing demons quickly, Door of Destinies allows me to play a different game. After playing the card, I quickly end up with many 4/4 or higher Shadowborn Apostles, giving me the option to swing or sac for another demon. I also don't really care if any of them die, because I usually get them all back next turn (however with Summoning Sickness so that I can't activate their ability right away again).

I really enjoy playing with this deck due to many of the beautiful synergies. I've never really played black before (I'm usually more White-Blue-Green), but Shadowborn Apostle is just a really fun card to play with. I hope you all have as much fun with it as I have been having.

I am also considering adding or changing the demons to Griselbrand, or more Demon of Death's Gate. Similar to Sign in Blood or Phyrexian Arena, I'm also thinking about Ambition's Cost.

Some other cards that I am more curious about are Xathrid Necromancer and Skirsdag High Priest. They would both trigger under Door of Destinies as well. Some other Demons I'm thinking about are Reaper from the Abyss, Lord of the Void, andRune-Scarred Demon. Rune-Scarred Demon, similar to Diabolic Tutor (which I am also looking at) would help a lot with my next card: Mirror-Mad Phantasm. I would hate to splash another color, but I would also hate to pass up the awesome helpfulness of this card! With my Bloodbond March, when I play my Shadowborn Apostles, well, I would have A LOT, of Shadowborn Apostle's. But I don't really want to add another color. I might be able to use Immortal Servitude instead of or as an addition to Bloodbond March? And I would be able to play it without using green? So I would splash blue instead of green? What do you guys think? If I'm sticking to green, I was also looking at Essence of the Wild. But it's , and I think the might make it too green heavy and expensive -- unless I added more Black/Green lands. Lastly, and I don't know whether it's because I just saw the card and really liked it or not, but Thrumming Stone would let me play much more Shadowborn Apostle (and other cards as well).

Also, I would greatly appreciate anyone who could give me any ideas about how to deal with a surgical extraction. Thanks
