Some quick things to know about me: I love artifacts, and I love Izzet. I also love to Tinker (get it? like the card?) with awesome decks.

Unfortunately there are no good Izzet generals for artifacts... at least, not at surface level. Think about the Izzet generals... What do they do? Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind is used for decks with mass card draw to kill other players. Melek, Izzet Paragon is run in Instant and Sorcery based decks that do crazy combos. But neither have artifact synergy.

Enter Jhoira of the Ghitu. I know what you're thinking, that Jhoira has no artifact synergy either. And that's true. But she also has no OTHER direct archetype synergies, and there in-lies the beauty.

Because of her lack of real synergies, she can be used to build any type of deck you want within the izzet colors. So I present to you, My Magnum-Opus, my Izzet Artifact EDH deck.

KEY COMBOS

Kill Switch + Mycosynth Lattice + Unwinding Clock -A nasty infinite combo that locksother payers out of the game. (At least I think this combo works lol, maybe I'm wrong.)

Mycosynth Lattice + Vandalblast -Wipe everyone's board but mine to win incredibly quickly.

Hellkite Tyrant + Mycosynth Lattice -Steal someone's entire board, Oftentimes a reliable Win-Con.

Goblin Welder + Spine of Ish Sah -Repeatable permanent-removal.

Goblin Welder + Mycosynth Wellspring /Goblin Welder + Ichor Wellspring -Get back combo pieces and gain card advantage.

Master Transmuter + Spine of Ish Sah -Reuse my removal and get another card besides.

Memnarch + Mycosynth Lattice -This makes Memnarch's stealing ability much cheaper since everything is already an artifact.

Mycosynth Lattice + Viashino Heretic -Kill my opponents' things, and deal them damage.

Jhoira of the Ghitu + Jhoira's Timebug -Make the delay of suspend less of a hassle, helping me get out big cards/ key cards for very low investments of mana.

Arcbound Reclaimer + Energy Chamber -Rechargeable recursion!

Pentavus + Goblin Welder -Just think of all the tokens... tokens sacrificial to Kuldotha Forgemaster...

Prototype Portal + Ugin's Nexus -With a sac outlet like Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer or Goblin Welder I can take infinite turns. (The portal also combos well with other cards like Phyrexian Metamorph so I can always have a clone on hand.)

NOTE The Acquire Board are cards that will be in the final deck. As of right now, I'm using the empire artifacts, but once I get my Acquires, I'll be removing the empire artifacts for good.
