This was my first modern build, looked back at it a year later and realized how trash it was. I modified it and this is the result - a mardu looking deck which tries to play small and inoffensive green things, just for the sake of it.

Using cards like Faithless Looting, Insolent Neonate and a flipped Liliana, Heretical Healer  , you can discard your thingy right into the graveyard. If it's not enough, using the sac effects of creatures such as Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim and Selfless Spirit, you can be sure to keep some stuff in there for the long run.
Why would we put green in a mardu deck you say? Well, those green cards are the thingies we're talking about. Have you ever dreamt of playing an attacking Sekki, Seasons' Guide on turn 4? But wait, Sekki's not the only thingy we've got in this madness of a deck! You'll be able to play some spicy 4th turns using Hornet Queen, Gigantomancer and the one and only Master of Cruelties for a lethal blow. Don't leave yet, there's more! All other creatures in this deck can be brought back using your graveyard as a toolbox. Have you ever heard of a recursive PlanesWalker? Me neither. But in this deck, Liliana, Heretical Healer   can come back as often as you want!
This idea is simple: for , using Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, you can surprise your opponent by bringing the thingies, tapped and attacking, on the battlefield. Then, you can bring them back again, and again! You basically need, to do the thing.

I guess this is it, some tiny green stuff in a mardu looking deck - is that a thing? Well, it sure is my little thingy. As usual, I'm open to any suggestion, comments, and upvotes from you guys. Enjoy!
