In MTG you typically want multiple copies of good cards in your decks, and you have to remember a deck in this game can't just be a collection of good cards, it has to have an idea or theme to it.

@LattureMan: It does have a theme- a lifegain/direct damage deck. I don't have too many cards, so I am trying to get this deck to work until I can get my hands on some other cards than a 2011/12 Deckbuilder's Toolbox and a 1999 Starter Box. Hopefully I'll get a bunch of boosters soon.

I would put away the Armor and Swordsmith and actually think about what you really want your deck to do and nearly all the cards should follow that plan. What you actually have here is a big pile of cards that are good alone but if you just throw all of them together you cant call it a deck just because your cards are good alone. On other sites you are not even allowed to post that as a deck but i think if you play with friends its actually playable but as soon as someone buys Cards at MagicCardMarket or Miraclegames or something like that you wont be able to win.

Greetings, Holzmichel
