I don't have cash for Legacy so this is my first approach on it. Please leave positive feedback and help me make a good deck. This is a serious deck.

How does this deck win?Fireball apparently, I didn't read the card at first but I know its a burn spell.

Mulligans?Keep 6-7 Mountains.

Sideboard?I play 11 island and 4 blue elemental blast just in case they have Lightning bolt or something.
