Looking for any suggestions to improve my deck. What I could take out, what I could put in, thoughts on the general, etc. Please feel free to comment. I'm looking for any constructive criticism.

I decided to change the general back to Shattergang Brothers due to him being more fun to play with than Prossh, Skyraider of Kher in my opion

I'd suggest Deadbridge Chant (random E-Witness effect can be quite fun), Massacre Wurm if they mass-produce tokens, and Bane of Progress for those moments when you just want an all out creature bash-fest. Also, not sure if Birthing Pod is an option for this deck but just throwing it out there since it seems to fit the theme.

Thank you for the suggestion GinkoBaloba. I have actually considered all of theses cards before. I have playtested with Bane of Progress before and found that it was too situational of a card and in most cases would work against me. Massacre Wurm , Birthing Pod , and Deadbridge Chant are all strong possibilities for the deck though. Just not sure what to cut.

Yea I though bane of progress would be an iffy choice but I wasn't sure if you'd used it already. Anyway, how often do Disciple of Bolas, Asceticism, Bear Umbra and the Whip of Erebos give you big value? I really like each of those cards, disciple in particular is a lot of fun but he can be hard to get real value out of without sacrificing a threatening creature that you want to keep. Bear Umbra's pretty good since its a free second main phase but it enchants 1 thing that usually dies pretty quick within the next turn. The other two tend to just be white-noise in my experience since they're either hard to use without limiting yourself or get ignored since they don't have a big impact on the board state (feels like you're just turtling as opposed to being offensive). Also, if you have a Lord of Extinction or a Creekwood Liege I'd put one of them in over Pelakka Wurm since they're much easier to cast for a larger impact on the board. Hope this helps!

It's funny that you mention that, I've actually been considering taking out Asceticism and possibly Pelakka Wurm . I was looking to replace ascetisim with Dictate of Erebos once Journey comes out. I have considered taking out the disciple, but I dont really have too much card draw or life gain and in some cases its worth sacing a reasonable ceature for the life and cards. I've considered replacing disciple with Fecundity , but I'm not sure if some of my oppents would benifit equally if not more in some instances. I'd also like to try and make room for a Kodama's Reach and Goblin Bombardment . As for bear umbra and whip of erebos, each have put in more than enough work than I could ask from them. The lifelink is just too good on the whip and the grave yard recursion is just extra. It can bring back creatures such as Rune-Scarred Demon , Sepulchral Primordial , Avenger of Zendikar and Pelakka Wurm . Eventually it may be cut, but not just yet. Bear umbra not only gives a creature totem armor, but the untap all lands effect is honestly amazing. Unfortuantely, i do not have access to Lord of Extinction or Creakwood Liege . I like to trade for the majority of my cards as often as I can, if need be I see a card that could really benefit my deck though, i wouldnt mind having to buy them. Thanks again for the suggestions.

Whispersilk Cloak should be an auto add to any commander deck and mandatory for prossh in my opinion also Primal Vigor should be in here to yes it can help out your opponents but if it won't help you more just hold it till it will Dictate of the Twin Gods is too good to not run. Feel free to check out my build for more ideas Prossh, king of snackerfice hill

Here's a fun one. Add Warstorm Surge to go with that Grave Betrayal . That way, when you steal their creatures, you deal more damage to other creatures, which kill them and then they come back to you!

Whispersilk Cloak is a STRONG option. I don't know how i've managed to look past that. As for Primal Vigor , i've considered it, unfortunately there is an opponent in my meta that plays a Krenko, Mob Boss deck and i feel it would really benefit him as well.Dictate of the Twin Gods is a maybe as well, however I tend to get targeted often in multiplayer games and my early game isn't the strongest, so i don't want to take too much early off and then double it later on. My friend plays a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck with Underworld Dreams and various force draw effects that dictate would help him WAY too much. I don't like cards that benefit the entire board. Iv'e playtested with Warstorm Surge and i do like the card, however with the majority of my tokens generated having small power, i've found that Vicious Shadows works more suitably in this build. Thank you Kozelek and D2Vincent for the suggestions though! Always glad to hear suggestions and criticism. Anything in the deck already that you guys feel could be taken out or replaced with better options?

well, in this case, Warstorm Surge isn't really meant for the tokens you make. I was going more along the lines of more benefit of that Grave Betrayal you have there.

Well if your tokens aren't doing it for you as 1/1 add a Primal Forcemage to the mix and see if 4/4 do more for you

I'm looking to cut some cards in order to make room for Ashnod's Altar Doubling Season and Xenagos, The Reveler . Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated :)

You may wish to consider Butcher of Malakir as another version of Grave Pact . Like the enchantments, he provides very good field control when comboed with Prossh

Butcher of Malakir is a definite in this deck. I've been looking to pick one up unfortunately haven't been able to trade for one. I'll have to buy one though. Seems like a good investment. Thanks for the suggestion! What to cut though? Green Sun's Zenith ??

Kozelek says... #17

Personally I'd cut Tooth and Nail cause once you have the 9 mana your opposites should be dead or dying and it's a dead card for at least 5-7 turns

NicolBrolas says... #18

Tooth and Nail is a phenomenal card. It actually just won me a game yesterday. I was able to first get Purphoros, God of the Forge then Avenger of Zendikar . I feel that it is too strong of a card to cut.

I'm looking to make some cuts in order to add more cards. So far I'm thinking on cutting Skirsdag High Priest , Green Sun's Zenith , and Rampaging Baloths . They all are good cards in my opinion but could be replaced with more sutiable cards such as Doubling Season , Ashnod's Altar , and Xenagos, The Reveler . Any suggestions on what to cut or add?

Nice deck! IMO you sould put in Ogre Battledriver and Sarkhan Vol . :)Check out mine deck Are you hungry, Prossh? Eat them all! Prossh EDH

Thank you BoRsuk. Ogre Battledriver will be going in the deck eventally, my friend has a foil that i'm waiting to trade for. Sarkhan Vol is a maybe for now though. I do like him and feel he fits the deck quite nicely, unfortunatley i don't have access to get my hands on one just yet. The next cards i'm looking to invest in are Fire-Lit Thicket and Graven Cairns to swap for Rakdos Carnarium and Gruul Turf and Doubling Season , Xenagos, The Reveler , and Ashnod's Altar to replace Rampaging Baloths , Green Sun's Zenith , and Disciple of Bolas . After those cards come in the mail, or I am able to trade for them, sarkhan and the battledriver will be the next additions.

My local shop didn't have any Doubling Season , Butcher of Malakir , or Graven Cairns , however i was able to pick up a Braids, Cabal Minion , Ashnod's Altar , Fire-Lit Thicket , and foil Fresh Meat . Taking out Rakdos Carnarium , Disciple of Bolas , Green Sun's Zenith , and Rampaging Baloths . Still looking for any comments or constructive deck critique!

Was able to trade for a Xenagos, The Reveler !! Considering taking out Skirsdag High Priest . The high priest hasn't proven itself in recent games.

The additions of Ashnod's Altar , Xenagos, The Reveler , and Fresh Meat have improved the deck in leaps and bounds. Xenagos is great for all 3 of his abilities. He fits the deck very nicely. The altar can get way out of control for producing mana if it is not dealt with and being able to sac so many creatures then play Fresh Meat is just insane.I love this deck! :) Please keep the comments and suggestions coming!
