PPTQ 9th 4-2 —Feb. 17, 2018
Deck performed amazing. Finished 4-2 and missed too 8 with tie-breakers.
Round 1-Rakdos Acquisition (2-1) A deck I was not expecting. Really can’t explain the game plan here, just had to stop him from playing Mastermind's Acquisition to get Lost Legacy basically.
Round 2-Grixis (2-1) Won game one pretty easily. Game two he had Nicol Bolas which was a sideboard surprise. And game three I was able to cycle enough to play my approach a second time. This wasn’t a full energy base that I expected to see from Grixis though.
Round 3-Sultai (0-2) Game one never found an approach. Game two he drew every answer he needed, duress and kitesail freebooter to get my approaches and my fumigates.
Round 4-R/B Aggro (2-1) Close games and game three he forgot to ping me dead with his ballista luckily.
Round 5-W/U Eternalize (0-2) Another deck I wasn’t expecting. Game one I didn’t realize his tokens had double strike. And game two he had three negates for my three fogs on lethal...all three negates were from the sideboard. ????
Round 6-U/B Control (2-0) The ultimate draw, go matchup lol. But in the end I somehow had more counters in hand for my second approach each time.
1 Ripjaw Raptor, 1 Khenra Charioteer=======>2 Carnage Tyrant would be my suggestion.

Just noticed that your sideboard has only 14 cards. I would put in an extra Fatal Push to make it 15.

KraKra21 you think Carnage Tyrant is fine main board though, even against a non-control deck? Because that's the main reason I had it in the side.
KraKra21 says... #1
Your description is so flavorful. :D
