After discovering the twitchy little goober, I knew I just HAD to build a deck around him. I mean, his core mechanic is just too silly NOT to exploit.
Pretty simple really. Just stack your ETB's for global pings of damage.
Probably best to put some of your defenses in place first though, so you don't become a target too quickly. Things like Crawlspace, Witchbane Orb, and Ensnaring Bridge are going to help you stay in the game long enough to poke everybody down.
