Not the first Muzzio deck to exist and by no means the last. This one tends to run a lot more combos than most any of which can win me the game but sacrifices consistency on Muzzio for this. Key cards are: Trophy Mage Academy Ruins, Kuldotha Forgemaster , Gilded Lotus, Rings of Brighthearth, Fabricate, Whir of Invention, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, Master Transmuter Paradox Engine, Metalworker, Blightsteel Colossus, and of course Muzzio, Visionary Architect. Runs a lot of blue good stuff. Average turn to win for this deck is 6 or so. The strength of this deck isnt from how quick it combos on turn 1 but the ability to come out from behind with and win out of nowhere with only a few mostly irrelevant artifacts.

Perfect Hand: Isochron Scepter + Mana Crypt + Dramatic Reversal + Sensei's Divining Top + Mana Vault

Play Mana Crypt, tap crypt play Mana Vault tap Mana Vault play Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal and tap Isochron Scepter to untap mana rocks to play Sensei's Divining Top to draw until you hit Staff of Nin then tap Staff of Nin infinitely for inifinite damage to everyone on turn 1.

Combos that will likely win the game on the spot:

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + any 3 mana mana rock: Infinite mana and untaps, if Muzzio, Visionary Architect is on the field then you put every artfact in your deck onto the field(Dramatic Reversal can be substituted for Paradox Engine and any other spell on Isochron Scepter.

Metalworker + Staff of Domination: Draw your deck and win from there, needs 3 artifacts in hand to work.

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth + Voltaic Key: Infinite colourless mana and infinite artifact untaps(use untaps with Staff of Nin to kill everyone at the table or with top|Sensei's Divining Top to draw your deck).

Infinite colored mana + Memnarch: Steal everyone's permanents.

Sensei's Divining Top + Future Sight + Etherium Sculptor: Draw your deck

Sensei's Divining Top + Paradox Engine + Voltaic Key + any 2 mana mana rock: Draw your deck and infinite untaps.

Rings of Brighthearth + Voltaic Key + Metalworker: Infinite colourless mana with 2 artifacts in hand.

Infinite coloured mana + Future Sight: probably play like half your deck, keep draw spells for getting through land and counterspells stuck on top of your library.

Combos that will draw less hate from the table and get huge value:

Master Transmuter + Spine of Ish Sah + or Duplicant: Destroy/exile one permanent/creature per turn, more if you have ways to untap her.

Mycosynth Lattice + Unwinding Clock: Untap all your permanets every turn, really good with anything that has an activated ability which requires tapping.

Master Transmuter + Winter Orb: Untap all your lands while opponents only untap one(Mycosynth Lattice + Unwinding Clock works as well.

Muzzio, Visionary Architect + Illusionist's Bracers + or Rings of Brighthearth: Muzzio twice for cheap(keep in mind the second activation may look at more cards if the highest CMC changes)

NOTE: This is not the optimized list, this is only the list of cards I actually own and run in the deck. If you have ludicrous amounts of disposable income feel free to add all the fetches (for shuffling cards you may need closer to the top of the deck after muzzioing them to the bottom), a Timetwister and a Mishra's Workshop.
