The optimal draw is to play chumpers and stop the enemy attack with your Koblats and Little Girls. The mana base is wonderful, providing the life gain that you need. Then you really storm off and play the god card him or herself, storm crow. They might be able to deal with one, but the more you play the harder it is for them to keep up with your amazing crow tribal deck. In the sideboard is Chimney Imp, in case you dont have enough storm crows. Thats pretty much it, suggestions appreciated, although storm crow is already the best. Always watching because storm crow is god And Is always watching
