Simic Merfolk tribal with a +1/+1 counter theme. The name will make sense to Metalocalypse fans.

Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca is a good draw engine with a handful of other merfolk to power him, so the plan is to get enough merfolk down to start consistently drawing multiple cards a turn.

For extra fun, there are a number of cards that untap all the merfolk reliably, so we can use Kumena's abilities over and over.
