I saw Altar of the Brood and immediately thought of a EDH mill with lots of copying, with Sculpting Steel + Phyrexian Metamorph + Copy Artifact + Copy Enchantment + Clever Impersonator.

Then I went standard.

You can have up to 8 altars with Clever Impersonator. If you ventured out of standard, Sculpting Steel and Phyrexian Metamorph would be ideal candidates. Throw in some 0 drops like Ornithopter for free mills. Perhaps even Staff of the Mind Magus since you're mainly in blue. Flooded Strands, Traveler's Amulets, and Burnished Harts to increase the number of permanents that enter. Profane Memento since lots of milling will occur, and opponents are bound to have creatures. Akroan Horse is there so more permanents enter automatically, and gives you a few weenies to defend with.

Strategic CopyingWhen choosing a permanent for the Impersonators, you want to copy 2 Horses and 2 Altars for maximum auto mill per turn. (6 x 6 is higher than 8 x 4). If you're behind against aggro, copy more horses, and if you're behind against control, copy more altars. Do whatever feels comfortable when you're ahead or against combo.

If you'd like, sideboard in Mercurial Pretender and the Impersonator's only need to target the Altars for balance. I might add in Dictate of Kruphix or Sigiled Starfish for an easier time drawing. maybe sideboard Coral Barriers for 2 triggers, a defender and a chump

Infinite Combo? Midnight Guard + Ornithopter + Retraction Helix with Altar of the Brood, then pass turn.
