$50 budget self mill, muldrotha

A fun little Self-Mill deck that me and my friend made. Our budget was about $50, so we had a good amount of money. I really need help with finding cards for this deck, so all help is welcome. This decks purpose is to self-mill early, sacrifice permanents first mana, and more value, bring cards self milled back with muldrotha, get and etb trigger, sacrifice, aaaaand repeat.

Where we need help

We need more great budget cards and cards that will work well with our commander and game plan. We are also not sure how much this deck costs, so the cheaper, the better.

Game plan

Basically this is how it goes - SELF-Mill - Return cards milled away with muldrotha - Sacrifice cards like Traveler's Amulet for value. - Bring it back next turn - Gain Value, Value, and value (especially ramp and lands. - Mill our key cards like Mirror-Mad Phantasm, Hermit Druid, and The Gitrog Monster. - Play key cards w/ muldrotha - WIN
