This is my attempt at making a mean value deck while on a little bit of a budget. the idea behind the deck is to make everyone miserable by using affects that screw over everyone but allow you to be perfectly fine thanks to the lands sub theme and Muldrotha. if you aren't losing your play group or having 150 minute games you're doing something wrong. I wanted to make a stax style commander deck because I am a terrible person. The mana base needs lots of work and I've only put in about 8 hours into the deck so far. So any help with that would be greatly appreciated, i am on a budget so i'm unlikely to put in 7 fetches even though it would be very very very good. The deck wins by grinding your opponents into dust, strip mine locking, or my personal favorite having everyone scoop and start a game without you.

(By 'budget i mean i own a good amount of the cards)

this deck could be upgraded to be more competitive by adding cards like mox diamond, fetches, wasteland, and the rest of the expensive mana rocks, lands and tutors.
