Here is the new concept: Steal, Recursion, and land matters all wrapped up into one budget commander that is focused enough to compete with the big boys, but fun enough to play with anyone.

**

Steal

** There is a package of mostly blue but some black cards that are all enchantments that are designed to steal opponents stuff. There are two beautiful ideas behind this.

1) Card advantage: taking the other players best stuff is better than killing it.

2) Recurrsion with muldrotha and sac outlets: Once you have the creature you can sacrifice it to one of the many outlets... ie Phyrexian Altar or Altar of Dementia to create advantage and then to reuse the spell with muldrotha. The best example of this is sacing an opponents creature to Ashnod's Altar than replaying the spell Treachery to go up 2 mana and steal another nasty creature. Thats the idea of the deck... steal (lather), sac (rinse), repeat (repeat)

**

Recursion

** Of course Muldrotha is the main course with Recursion and reanimator spells. But sometimes you need others. Because the land in this deck matters we are running Crucible of Worlds and other land reanimation. We also like spells like Animate Dead because it uses the same ideas of controlling and sacing and reusing. ie lather, rinse, repeat.

**

Land Matters

** I took apart my Lord Windgrace deck, because it felt boring and played out. I decided to use a few of the packages and land matters cards in the muldrotha deck. I kept the best land fall trigger cards, while adding the best control cards and the auto includes for muldrotha. It's nice being able to reuse strategies form one deck to another while honing in on the new concepts. Cards like Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Oracle of Mul Daya and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen are some that made it over.

**

Muldrotha must haves

** cards like Perpetual Timepiece and Fleshbag Marauder are necessary cards for the gravetide. These are the budget effective and reusable cards that make this engine go. Fill up that library, lots of etb triggers, and of course everything is reusable. You also need about 5 cards to protect Muldrotha, because once hes gone, the deck slows to a halt.

I tried to keep it as budget as i good, and all the big value cards are coming from my windgrace deck. Good luck and let me know what you think.
