I really wanted to build a Muldrotha, the Gravetide deck for brawl before eventually making one for EDH, but I was initially struggling on which way to take it. Now, with the new ban list and Aetherworks Marvel + Attune with Aether unbanned, I knew an Energy deck was the way to go.

So, a bit about this deck. Its goal is to always have a board state, and accomplish that in part via recursion and in part by cheating creatures out. I will probably play with the bombs a bit after some play tests, to make sure it performs as I want, but its basically an energy/stompy deck at the moment.

Obviously Aetherworks Marvel is there to cast things free, but also Nissa, Steward of Elements main ability, Nissa, Genesis Mage's ult, Aid from the Cowl, Champion of Rhonas, Rishkar's Expertise, and Rashmi, Eternities Crafter.

Most of the rest of the deck speaks for itself. Either being a source of energy or a source of ramp. A few specific cards:

• Panharmonicon is a fun and easy energy doubler in most cases.

• Lich's Mastery lands in every black brawl deck I build, but might get cut here. Im not sure it has much value as I dont have much life gain.

• Mirage Mirror is another favorite for every EDH/Brawl deck of mine, it just has so much value and is almost never a misplay.

What I need help with:

• I may need a way to cycle from library to grave. When the ball really gets rolling, I tend to play whatever I top deck, and then still pull 1 or 2 more from the free-casts that pull from top of library. This leaves me with mana to cast from grave... But when the graves dry, I just have what I have.

• I also feel this deck is missing some closure. The games Ive won have been stopping out opponents, but it could use a plan B.

My maybe list is a scattered list of cards I cut as I narrowed the deck down to 60. Some of them were very hard and might find their way back in.
