My budget version of new Dominaria legendary Muldrotha, the Gravetide. If you like the deck, but would like a more non-budget version, you can use some of the cards in the maybe board or have a look at my non-budget version: Muldrotha’s Recyclables.

The idea of this deck is to repeatedly use the sacrificeable creatures/enchantments/artifacts/lands. You can sacrifice for example Seal of Doom on your turn and then recast it from your graveyard using Muldrotha. This is why this deck contains 39 recyclable cards that have activated abilities that give us advantages and then we can recast them on our turn.

One of the great advantages of this strategy is that it allows us to play at instant speed. Cast Executioner's Capsule on your turn, but just keep it on the battlefield. Then if an opponent casts a dangerous creature, we can take it out immediately and if nothing threatening emerges just take out the most annoying one at the end of the last opponent's turn, and on your turn, recast the capsule and reset. Because this deck has a lot of both creature, enchantments and artifacts, this can be done with three (or four with a land like Evolving Wilds) different permanents. If you don't have to many opponents this allows us to control the board-state. There are not only removal-recyclables but also ramp (like Sakura-Tribe Elder), draw (Conjurer's Bauble), counterspells (Spiketail Drakeling), and a token creater (Centaur's Herald).

It is also possible to take this deck in another direction, were you use some sacrifice-outlet and ETB effects. The reason I chose this direction for the deck, is that I think it is more unique and also most sacrifice-outlets only work with creatures, and 3/4 of Muldrotha's power would go unused.
