So this decks evolves around playing Meddling Mage and Nevermore, then copying them with Clever Impersonator and Copy Enchantment.

Game nr.1 Gitaxian Probe is pretty good if you don't know your opponent's deck at all, so it gives you a good idea what to name with Nevermore and Meddling Mage .

Remand is great since it's cheap, lets you draw a card and the return to hand effect is not bad since you can name them with Nevermore and Meddling Mage .

Reflector Mage is great against creature decks and Cyclonic Rift is an okay bounce spell that can potentially be devastating.

Dictate of Kruphix and Serum Visions are just some nice card draw, Serum Visions is also a nice turn 1 play. The drawback of letting everyone draw with Dictate should not be the biggest of issues, since the plan is them not being able to play what they draw anyway.

Detention Sphere is there for removal that can be targeted by Clever Imoersonator and Copy Enchantment.

Starfield of Nyx is the wincon, other than them scooping...
