Enchantress is one of the oldest archetypes in Magic history. Verduran Enchantress made her appearance in Alpha, and she and her ilk have been at least a niche deck for decades. Despite this, I've never seen it tried in Commander. With the release of Theros, the time seemed right to give it a go, and this is the result. Krond the Dawn-Clad is an ideal commander for this deck, giving you a powerful target for Auras, without requiring you to go all-in on his commander damage as with Uril or Bruna. The various Bestow creatures are excellent here, providing bodies for Auras if needed, while also mitigating their inherent card disadvantage. If you can stick an Enchantress effect, of which the deck contains five (if you count Kor Spiritdancer) you can bury your opponents with card advantage. Your enchantments can also get you some free Angels with Sigil of the Empty Throne. Some mana ramp and fixing are a must to handle Krond's difficult mana cost, and these can also be accomplished via enchantments. If the going gets rough, you have a powerful backup plan with Enduring Ideal allowing you to find key enchantments to stabilize, before winning with Heliod, God of the Sun or Helix Pinnacle. Krond is a must-answer threat at all points of the game, and he can deal with any permanent-based threat with ease. One thing is certain: you will not find a better Mana Bloom deck anywhere.

Key Synergies:

Enduring Ideal + Bow of Nylea - Bow allows you to put enchantments back in your library to find with Ideal; crucial if you lose a key card.

Cage of Hands + Enchantresses - Don't forget you can bounce Cage to get an extra enchantment trigger!

Ethereal Armor + Eidolon of Countless Battles - Truly ridiculous amounts of damage.
