Just a question out of pure curiosity, why not have a Phenax involved? With a good majority of your creatures all getting serious power/toughness buffs based on your opponent's graveyard, it could be pretty messed up.

Phenax, God of Deception, came out of the Theros block set, right after the Return to Ravnica block set. It was the one where Enchantment Creatures were actually dropped.

Also, on the Enchantment Creatures thing, Nighthowler would be another creature to look into. 3 drop 0/0 that gets +1/+1 for every creature in all graveyards.

Made some changes deck does well but rolls slow in the start trying to find way to speed up added Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to SB he is not worth keeping main board unless facing other mill decks replaced him with Jace's Phantasm also cut back a couple cards to add another Wight of Precinct Six

I love mill-fed creatures. Just knowing they are as strong as that graveyard. Might I suggest Rogue's Passage as a way to get around any pesky creatures that make it onto the battlefield.

Glimpse the Unthinkable would be a good card, cheap and a good chunk of cards to boot.
