This deck is all about prowl and discard.

Frogtosser Banneret lowers mana cost of rogue spells so you can cast Morsel Theft for it's prowl cost reduced by , after attacking with unblockable Looter il-Kor , Faerie Miscreant or Slither Blade. Looter il-Kor also allows to cast Alms of the Vein or Obsessive Search for madness cost. When you hit your opponent with Rogue creature type it allows you to do much in this deck, mainly cast Morsel Theft or trigger Prowl ability. For example so you can literally cause 6 damage to your opponent, gain 6 life and draw a card for dessert for 2 mana!

Latchkey Faerie can be cast for it prowl cost, so even , and also grant you a free draw.

Draw mainly comes with Looter , Brainstorm, Obssesive Search and Deep Analysis (it can be flashbacked). Counter spell here is Rakshasa's Disdain - you will always have full graveyard, so it is really nice spell in this deck.
