The idea here is to use {B} tutors to assemble Isochron Scepter & Moonmist, letting you reliably transform once a rotation (or each turn if you got Paradox Engine out, which is neat since it means that cards like Werewolf Ransacker   and Cult of the Waxing Moon will end up punishing opponents for casting enough spells per turn to revert your people into Humans). If the Scepter gets removed from the board, Riftsweeper and the deck's various graveyard recursion cards can be used to reassemble the pair. (Imperial Recruiter can make this a bit more reliable by tutoring for either of the two recursion creatures.)

Wincons (aside from straightforward beatdown) are Najeela's ability/Aggravated Assault plus one of the deck's various ways of paying for it each time, and Mycosynth Lattice + Vandalblast; Isochron Scepter + Assassin's Trophy + Paradox Engine works similarly in a pinch (under even weirder circumstances you could even add the Lattice and replace Assassin's Trophy with Nature's Claim).

Aside from the aformentioned combo, Mycosynth Lattice lets Guardian Beast extend its protection to all your noncreature permanents, while Pia's Revolution can potentially recur any of your permanents, and newcomer Treasure Nabber gets to snatch both lands and mana dorks alike.

Praetor's Counsel gives recursion, lets you hold onto cards from the Revolution and makes Sage of Ancient Lore   swole.

Blood Artist is mostly here to discourage board wipes and ease the usage of Sylvan Library.

Immerwolf is rather awkward with the various Horror werewolves since it prevents you from turning them into their Eldrazi forms, might want to include end-of-turn flickering or something to get around that. (Also, Waxing Moon could be used to transform one for a discount price but I don't think it's worth Imprinting compared to the Mist.)
