Budget Combo Sisay inspired by Mons CEDH TV

Sisay gets a lot of hate so need to put some protection and recursion.

Girl Power Combo - Tutor Derevi, untap Elk/Elder, tutor Najeela, hit something, untap Elk/Elder, activate Najeela...this only works smooth with the Elk/Elder

Add Combo? Godo Helm? Activate Sisay for Godo, Godo gets the helm, 4 to equip, so 9 mana total

Sisay still gets a lot of hate, so does the Elk...maybe more recursion over another combo? Also, need more interaction and board wipes - tokens and pact effects are difficult to handle
