Mono-Blue Thopter Deck
(based on Monothopters)
Philosophy
The heart of this deck is Whirler Rogue with an ability you can use immediately, and multiple times depending on how many Artifacts you have on the field. Even better, you can have more than one copy on the field at one time, and you can use EQUIPMENT to activate its ability.
So now I present to you ... Monothopters!!
Concept
Utilise cards that support Thopters.
Mechanics

The usual combos of Ghostfire Blade and Chief of the Foundry buffing Ornithopter, which can also be boosted with Ensoul Artifact and allow Thopter Spy Network to make new Thopters.

Disruptions in the form of Counter spells, Auras, and Instants.

If timed right Scatter to the Winds can throw three +1/+1 Counters on a Darksteel Citadel, making an Indestructible 3/3. If you throw Ensoul Artifact on the same land you get an Indestructible 8/8!!

An unblockable Gudul Lurker and Elusive Spellfist allow for a steady stream of small damage.

You can pay to equip Gudul Lurker with Ghostfire Blade, while it is a colourless Morph. When you then pay its Megamorph cost, it will be a 4/4 unblockable Creature.

Elusive Spellfist can be made unblockable through casting Instants, Equipment, and Enchantments.

Whirler Rogue allows for more unblockable damage, as does Rogue's Passage.
Land
An important thing for this deck is to get moving as fast as possible and keep early momentum up. It is also important for this deck not to lack mana in the early game.
24 lands is just right for that.
It's important to remember that if Darksteel Citadel is ensouled with Ensoul Artifact it is unlikely to be tapped for mana.
You can speed this deck up Post-Sideboard by taking some lands out and replacing them with Counter spells.
