mono blue beatdown with standstill and a counterwall to lockdown the oponent and manlands to atack without breaking the standstill, and of course card draw n canttrips to secure the win, trying to make this a serous competitive legacy deck but unfortunatly am pretty broke and had my collection of legacy stapels stolen a while back, please give me suggestions on how to enhance the deck (without breaking the bank)
