Had a few games this weekend and learned several lessons:

1) Need a lot more lifegain. This deck draws so much aggro by virtue of the fact that people assume I'm playing Voltron (which is only partially true), cast lots of spells and occasionally take really long turns when I have flash effects, Skybind, and loads of triggers to resolve. Also added Solitary Confinement as this deck has no trouble meeting the upkeep requirement with Sram and any card draw engine out. I made some adjustments, but that leads to my second lesson...

2) Need ways to interact with opponents outside of combat. In conjunction with lifegain, I added Blind Obedience and yes, Aetherflux Reservoir. I caved and decided that it was better to gain life and potentially nuke people than try to play the attrition game. Smokestack, while amazing in this deck, isn't at it's strongest outside of a dedicated stax build.

3) Need ways to keep creatures on the battlefield. In goes Swiftfoot Boots, Emeria Shepherd, Grand Abolisher to prevent blow outs.

4) Need more ramp. Burnished Hart to ramp and combo with Emeria, the Sky Ruin as well as Shepherd. Also added Sword of the Animist as I've always wanted to run it in this deck. It's value just adds up so well over time.

5) Free graveyard hate. In a deck with as much ramp as this, there's no longer a major cost to running Scavenger Grounds.
