With Core Set 2020 leaking all these spicy white cards, I thought I'd throw together some angel tribal decks. I came to the conclusion that if I wanted to utilize Resplendent Angel, mono white would be the best way to go (Sorry, Kaalia...I still love you). I'm fairly new to brewing decks so feel free to dish out some constructive criticism and/or suggestions on how to improve the deck while keeping the lifegain flow.
