The plan:

White control shell, with artifact ramp.

Ramp into Planar Bridge .

Overwhelming Splendor and Exquisite Archangel buy us the time to get the pieces in place.

Fumigate : wipe the board. Fall of the Thran : blow up the lands, Sentinel Totem : exile the graveyards. Reset opponent to T1 with enough artifact mana to play anything from the deck with Planar Bridge .

Lyra Dawnbringer and Karn, Scion of Urza as closers.

Probably not a good deck, but the possibility of getting the Fall of the Thran wipe is too awesome not to try.

I feel like Settle the Wreckage , more copies of Karn, Scion of Urza , and a set of Walking Ballista would definitely make this deck better, but damn. I just can't spend $300 on that..
